Houses and villas at the Evermore Orlando Resort near Disney World now bookable with Hilton points
If you ever wanted to live out your vacation dreams in an up-to-11-bedroom house in Orlando right next to a crystal-blue lagoon that’s just minutes from Disney World using your Hilton Honors points, then this is your lucky day.
The 1,100-acre Evermore Orlando Resort is now officially part of the Hilton Honors program. This means you can earn and use Hilton Honors points when you book any of the 2,013 bedrooms that are spread across the resort’s 69 houses, 206 flats and 41 villas.
This is in addition to the rooms you can book at the on-site Conrad Orlando, which have been a part of the Hilton Honors program since the hotel’s opening about one year ago.
To put some specifics to it, here’s how the Hilton Honors program at Evermore Orlando Resort works:
- Base points are earned for all eligible accommodation charges incurred for room rates only when booked through Hilton’s channels; this does not include any ancillary room or outlet spending.
- Depending on their tier, elite Hilton Honors members may receive bonus points (20%, 80% or 100%). Members may also earn Hilton Honors points for eligible charges to Hilton Honors credit cards.
- Given the residential-style amenities available in the Evermore units, Gold- and Diamond-level Honors members booking Evermore stays through Hilton will receive Hilton Honors bonus points (2,000 per stay for Diamonds, 1,000 for stay for Golds) for their stay in lieu of a daily food-and-beverage credit.
- Evermore guests can use Hilton Honors points for either full point redemptions or point redemptions combined with money.
- Two-bedroom villas will be available for standard room award stays, while larger units will be available for premium room award pricing.
The two-bedroom villas sleep up to four guests and, based on our searches, seem to be priced at 135,000 Hilton points per night.
Note that these villas predate the opening of the Evermore Orlando Resort and were part of the resort when it had a golf theme and was known as the Villas of Grand Cypress. This means they are older and have a different style than most of the other accommodations at Evermore.

While the two-story, four-bedroom flats that sleep up to 11 guests do cost more points since they aren’t standard awards, they still might be a good value if you were considering booking a few rooms at the Conrad Orlando instead.
For example, on this date, the two-story walk-up flat with one queen bunk bed, three twin bunk beds and three king beds across four bedrooms is bookable for 309,000 Hilton Honors points per night, which is a pretty good return on a per-bedroom basis considering the Conrad Orlando frequently prices standard rooms at 90,000-100,000 Hilton points per night.

The houses with five or more bedrooms seem to start around 600,000 Hilton points per night, with the larger houses going over 1 million points per night. That’s probably outside most of our points budgets, but if you have a lot of Hilton points to burn, it could be a really fun redemption based on our hosted stay in one of the 11-bedroom houses with a pool, indoor slide, game room and more.

The Evermore Orlando Resort near Disney World is still an underrated gem in my book, so hopefully, moving under the Hilton Honors umbrella will bring it across the screens of more travelers to the Orlando area. Whether you earn or use Hilton Honors points, it’s a property worth considering for your next trip to Florida.

Just be sure to allot time to actually play at the resort, or you’ll be kicking yourself if you miss out on the waterslide races, rope swing, beach and much more.
